📄️ Parcels
The Parcels step is where you can define the different material types to be modelled in the simulation. Each parcel can have a color associated with it which can be used down stream in visual aids.
📄️ Vehicles
The Vehicles Step is where the configuration of trucks takes place. The necessary configuration for trucks is divided into several tabs, each of which is outlined below.
📄️ Loaders
The Loaders step is where load unit models are defined. Individual instances of loaders are specified later on in the Items Step. Each loader model has several configurable properties, detailed below.
📄️ Crushers
In the Crushers step, you define the various types of crushers included in your simulation, such as jaw crushers or cone crushers. This step focuses on specifying the crusher models rather than creating individual crushers on-site. Later in the setup, you will map specific site crushers to these defined crusher types.
📄️ Batteries
In the Batteries step, you can define the various types of batteries available for use. Each battery type has configurable properties related to charging and efficiency.
📄️ Chargers
In the Chargers step, you can define the types of chargers to be modeled in your simulation. This step focuses on specifying charger types rather than individual on-site charger instances. Later in the software, you can create charger instances and assign each one to a defined charger type.
📄️ Bowsers
In the Bowsers step, you can define the types of fuel bowsers to be modeled in your simulation. This step focuses on specifying 'bowser types' rather than individual on-site bowser instances. Later in the software, the site specific instances are created where they are mapped to a defined bowser type.
📄️ Lanes
Lanes represent the roads that vehicles travel along during the simulation. Configuring lane types involves two main steps:
📄️ Downtimes
A downtime event refers to any period when equipment, or operations are not productive due to planned or unplanned interruptions
📄️ Refuel Stratergies
A refuel stratergy controls how and when refueling happens for equipment. Different refuel stratergies can be tested when running simultations.
