Downtimes

A downtime event refers to any period when equipment, or operations are not productive due to planned or unplanned interruptions

Example of some Downtimes that might be modelled in the simulation.

Downtimes are managed using the toolbar located at the top of the page. More information on the functions within the toolbar can be found in the Common User Controls page. Each Downtime instance must have the following properties specified:

PropertyDescription
NameThe name of the downtime.
Is PoweredIndicates if the engine remains powered on during the downtime event. This setting is used to track fuel usage and fuel levels.
ColorThe color assigned to the downtype, which will display in equipment calendars.
